Program Structure:
All of our programs are structured as follows:
If you click on the link entitled "Read Objectives", a new browser window will be opened containing the Objectives for the particular program. To close this window, simply click the "Close Window" link like the one at the bottom of these instructions or click the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the window. When closing this window with the link, you may see the dialog box shown in Figure 1. Simply click "Yes".
If you click on the link entitled "Proceed to Outline", you will be directed to the outline of the program. If you are interested in taking the program after reading the outline, simply click the link in the lower right hand corner that says "Continue". If not, click the "Back" button of your browser or click "Programs" from the menu on the left to return to the Program Directory.
The programs themselves have been written with any and all users in mind. Key points are bolded, figures have been added if available, and the programs have been divided between a few separate pages to enable speedy page loading.
A complete list of references used have been provided at the end of each program.
For our payment collection, we have chosen to go with PayPal, "...the world's first instant and secure online payment service." Your first use will require you to sign up with them, but subsequent payments will only require login information. This is done to protect your privacy and rights. Once payment is received and verified, you will be transported to the program to begin.
The post test for each program contains 10 questions. Read each question as it presented and select the best answer from the choices listed. Once the answer is selected, the next question will appear. You are required to pass the post-test with a score of 70% or more in order to receive your certificate. If you do not pass, you will be allowed to take the test a second time at no charge.
If for some reason the page malfunctioned and you were unable to take/finish the post test, email our support team here. Explain your situation in the email including error messages received, if any, and they will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Following the Post Test, we are required by the state to issue you an evaluation to fill out. This evaluation will ask you a few questions regarding the program. Once the evaluation is complete, you will click "Submit" in which time you will be redirected to the page where you can retrieve your certificate.
When you reach the Certificate page, you will need to print the page for your records.
If you lose your certificate and require another copy, we will be happy to print one up and send it to you for a $3.00 fee. Send your request here.
