CEU Direct is the name referred

and Conditions, once accepted and agreed upon by you, may result in
appropriate legal action.

All information on the CEU Direct,
Inc. site is owned by its corporate partners, unless stated otherwise.
You may read the information on the site and print a copy of any pages,
available on the site for your own personal reading, except secure pages
and the test pages. You may not alter or remove any copyright notices
from our materials, sell, rewrite, modify, redistribute, display, license,
publish, or put on your own website, any of our website information
or products, or use our content information for your own personal gain,
or your employer’s gain, without our express written permission.
You may not use our program content information to give contact hour
credits from yourself or your place of employment, or other entity.
All and any applicable Federal and State copyright laws not mentioned
in these Terms and Conditions are implied and therefore enforceable.
Payment
A payment for taking a Contact
Hour Program test and receiving a printed certificate upon successful
completion of the test (a score of 70% or better) is required by use
of an acceptable credit card. A charge to your credit card will be made
immediately. CEU Direct, Inc. is not liable for any errors in the transaction,
but will assist in problem resolution.
Security
Your personal information collected
on our site is stored in a secure environment and is free from unauthorized
access, both physically and electronically, and will never be shared
with outside sources.
Cookies
A “cookie”
is a small text file of data that is stored temporarily as you move
through our web site. It is necessary that your Web browser accept cookies
in order to experience the full functionality of our site. Once you
log off our site, the cookies are deleted.
