CEU Direct, Inc. is a Massachusetts S-Corporation, owned and operated by long standing medical professionals in the fields of nursing, administration, education, medical transcription and computer sciences.

Owners/ Directors are:
Teresa Sherman, RN, MS, NHA (President, Senior Nurse Planner)
Jeffrey Tunstall, computer science (Director of Website Operations, Programmer)

Ms. Sherman is directly responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating and assuring the quality of ongoing continuing education activities for nurses. Ms. Sherman, as President and Senior Nurse Planner is the website "Content Specialist".

Mr. Tunstall's responsibilities include: development and maintenance of the web site, appropriate computerized databases, and user records.

Ms. Sherman has developed an extensive listing of future offerings for RN's and LPN's to be added to the website. These offerings were determined from input obtained from nurses and nurse managers in acute care facilities, nurses, directors of nursing and administrators in long term care, field nurses and program managers in home care, and numerous diverse specialty nurses suggesting program content needs based on their own practices.

As CEU Direct, Inc.'s website develops we will receive ongoing valuable content suggestions from nurses utilizing the site as to future topic suggestions for the Nurse Planners to evaluate. 

The site is preparing to add Nursing Home Administrator content, Social Work content and other content specialty modules, including certified nursing assistant modules.
